We weren’t sure if Sawtelle Tempura house is open on Saturday. Drove by, it WAS opened, and got 2 bentos to go.
Bento ($5.50)
Fried fish, tereyaki chicken, sweet egg roll, tofu, green veggie, crispy pickle, braised daikon & carrot, and some kind of black thing (I think it’s veggie?). We were full, and satisfied.
I think I’m addicted to their bento. Too bad they don’t open on Sunday.
Eileen – Looks good. I am heading to a Japanese Restaurant today. Hopefully it will look as good as what you have here.
