Last Week’s Dinner at Work
Here are the pictures of my dinner from last week.
3 Cheese Hot Dot ($1.94)
On Sunday I had a 3 Cheese Hot Dog from 7-Eleven. I don’t even know why I like 7-Eleven’s hot dog this much. I crave for it every two weeks or so. My favorite toppings are: relish, salsa with cilantro, little ketcup, little mustard, tons of mayo and nacho cheese. Yum!

On Monday I brought taro cake (my parents bought it at 99 Ranch market), sauteed cucumber and Rotisserie Chicken from Costco. Coworker Iris made Chinese style marinated cucumber and green bean jello and shared some with me. It was really good.

On Tuesday I had mom’s braised ox tail, sauteed spinach, and spicy bamboo shoot. You guys all know about my mom’s braised pork ribs. Her brasied ox tail is another favorite of our family. The secret ingredient is tomato, lots of tomatoes.

Thursday bento were made with leftover food. Pork in spicy garlic sauce, satueed lamb with green onion, and beancurd and pork were from Ji Rong Restaruant. Trout was dad’s creation the night before.
I also had a lemorange (ok…. I made that name up haha). I have no idea what this fruit is called. It’s a hybrid of lemon and orange. It smells like lemon, but taste sweet like orange. Actually even sweeter and juicier than orange. It was really really good. Does anyone know the correct name?
