Dana Point Baby Beach BBQ
Wen organized a BBQ at Dana Point Baby Beach. We arrived late and miss the kalbi. Darn! We still ate way too much food though.
These were the most delicious lamb kabob. It was even better than Feng Mao. I got the recipe and definitely be making this at home soon. I think this was the only food picture I took yesterday. I was too occupied on eating, chatting, playing, and enjoying the BBQ to take food pictures.
Thanks to Zoe for taking this picture of Dr. P, I, and the strawberry donut Mr. E brought from Donut Man. This was probably the BEST donut we’ve ever had. I am planning to go there to get some donuts after finishing my final on Thursday to celebrate!
I really like this beach + park. Great location for BBQ and some water fun. The ocean was only steps away from our table.
Dr. P tried paddle surfing for the first time. Everybody had their camera ready to catch the moment when he falls into the water. But Dr. P didn’t fall and made me proud.
I would LOVE to live in one of those houses on the hill.
Professional model shoot! hahahaha…. Jack was the camera man. Mr. E was the lighting man. 5 pretty girls were models (but doing really strange poses)! Too funny! ^_^

After the BBQ, we went on to our apratment search. When we dropped by Charles & Tessa’s apartment to take a look, they prepared dinner for us! The spaghetti was delicious. Even though we were more than full, we still finished the whole plate because it was just too good.
We also had some leftover Vietnamese egg rolls. Thank you, Tessa & Charles. You guys are too nice! ^^
Wen, thank you so much for organizing the BBQ. The BBQ was so fun. There were so much food and everything was great. We have to do this more often!! haha…. Hope to see all of you guys again soon. (And I can’t wait to move down there to be your neighbor!)

Eileen, It was so nice to finally meet you and Dr. P! I think the strawberry donuts were actually from Mr. E… thanks Mr. E!!!!! And thank you Wen for organizing this BBQ, we had a really great time~~~~~

Great Bar-b-que!! Thanks Wen and everyone for a wonderful time w/ exceptional food! Todd, thank you so much for letting us ride the paddleboards. It was great meeting everyone! Good times

Paul sold his place, so if you going to eat again do it sooner. He will keep running about two weeks.
