Used to buy Goldstein’s Bagel (was in Old Town, now in Arcadia). That was before I read about the calorie count: almost 400 for an entire bagel without anything added! I soon made a switch to multi-grain toasts (about 80 to 100 each slice) as breakfast item. I haven’t had a bagel for almost 10 years…..

400 calorie? Ok I’m not having bagel again.

I first tried Bruegger’s Bagels when I was in the midwest and it’s got a loyal following there… honestly, the best bagels I’ve had were from NYC… haven’t had any here that impressed my taste buds… sad

I’m sure NY has some delicious begals.
I wish I can try some one day.
