Last night Dr. P had to work late so it was dinner for one. I made “eight treasures” spicy sauce noodle for myself.

We are trying to save money and wanted something cheap and filling. A good bowl of pho is always satisfying. So I took him to Pho Minh to try the no MSG pho.
Dr. P got the Pho Dac Biet with beef, brisket, flank, tendon, and tripe. The soup was so rich and had a creamy color. Dr. P took a few bite and said, “I think this is the best pho I’ve ever had!” He said he used to like Pho 79′s a lot. But now Pho Minh is his new favorite.
