Dr. P got the Pho Dac Biet with beef, brisket, flank, tendon, and tripe. The soup was so rich and had a creamy color. Dr. P took a few bite and said, “I think this is the best pho I’ve ever had!” He said he used to like Pho 79’s a lot. But now Pho Minh is his new favorite.
