Thanks for FoodBuzz,I received a free package of Buitoni Wild Mushroom Agnolotti to try. The small package of pasta came in a big Styrofoam box filled with bags of ice sent via FedEx. I am thinking they must spend a lot of $$$$ sending out just pasta.

So my mom cooked the pasta before I could take a picture. But here is a picture of the empty box. (>_<) The all natural pasta is filled with fresh portobello & crimini mushrooms, imported Grana Padano & Parmesan cheese and fresh roasted garlic.

There were about 12 pieces in the package. It was about 2 servings, but I can easily finish them all by myself.

I just bought some Artichoke Antipasto Topping from Fresh & Easy. I tried it in the market on top of some french bread and it was so delicious. Let’s try to use it on pasta.

Yum! Some of my favorite things put together: mushroom + cheese + artichoke!

The Buitoni Wild Mushroom Agnolotti was darn good! Just love the mushroom + cheese + garlic filling. It was already full of flavor, and the artichoke antipasto definitely made it even more delicious.
I really like this pasta (so did my mom & sister). I would definitely buy it again!

Smart idea to use the fresh and easy topping onto the pasta! It is good to see that the interior of the agnolotti actually has lots of fresh ingredients in it. I remember buying some meat filled pasta before from the market and what was inside felt like mush rather than a yummy filling.
